Gluten Free Cheesy Chicken Taco Dip

This warm gluten free cheesy chicken taco dip is easy to make and perfect for gatherings! Shredded chicken, three kinds of cheese and taco seasoning make this crock pot dip a definite crowd pleaser! 

Ingredients

  • 1 package cream cheese
  • 1 cup freshly shredded pepper jack cheese
  • 1 cup freshly shredded sharp cheddar cheese
  • 2 cups shredded chicken, cooked
  • 1 tsbp taco seasoning
  • 1/4 cup milk (we used original, unsweetened almond)
  • 1 12 oz can garlic salsa or pico de gallo

Instructions

  1. Throw all the ingredients together into the crock pot stirring occasionally until everything is melted together; about two hours on high or four hours on low

  2. Best served with tortilla chips!
