Gluten Free Child Wild Rice Hot Dish

This gluten free chicken wild rice hot dish is a fun twist on a classic Minnesotan recipe.

Ingredients

  • 14.5 oz can chicken broth
  • 40 oz can wild rice mixture
  • 14.5 oz can, x2 cream of mushroom soup
  • 3 cooked chicken breasts, chopped
  • 1 cup carrots, chopped
  • 1 green pepper, chopped
  • 1 tsp celery seed
  • 1 tsp garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp cayenne pepper

Instructions

  1. Preheat over to 350 degrees

  2. Combine all ingredients in large bowl, stir

  3. Pour mixture in pan and cook for 30-40 minutes, until top is browned

  4. Enjoy!
