Gluten Free Chewy Oatmeal Chocolate Chip Granola Bars

Check out these easy-to-make gluten free chewy oatmeal chocolate chip granola bars from North Country Nest. They're delicious, can be made vegan with a few substitutions and a great way to satisfy those hunger cravings the healthy way! 


Dry ingredients

  • 4 cups gluten free oats
  • 1/2 cup coconut
  • 1 cup chocolate chips
  • 1/4 cup gluten free flour

Wet ingredients

  • 1/2 cup coconut oil
  • 1/2 cup blue agave nectar
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1/3 cup brown sugar


  1. Preheat oven to 350 degrees

  2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients

  3. In a saucepan, heat over medium heat and mix together the wet ingredients until the brown sugar has dissolved

  4. Pour the wet ingredients over the dry ingredients and mix thoroughly

  5. Grab a 9x12 pan and either spray with non-stick cooking spray or cover with parchment paper

  6. Pour the ingredients into the pan and pat down until evenly coating the pan

  7. Put in the oven for 20-15 minutes or until golden brown

  8. Remove, let cool and enjoy!
