In a food processor, mix together the oats, chocolate chips, walnuts and ground flaxseed. Put mixture in bowl and set aside.
In a small saucepan, heat and mix together the blue agave nectar and peanut butter until well blended.
Pour the peanut butter-agave mixture over the oat mixture and stir until coated. Put in fridge for one hour.
Pour a handful of coconut flakes into a food processor and blend.
Once slightly cooled, roll the oat mixture into bite-sized balls and then roll in the chopped coconut flakes. Place on parchment paper to cool.
Depending on the consistency you desire, bites can be stored in the refrigerator or in room temperature.
