It’s day 13 of the 31 Days of Mindfulness Challenge and today’s task is to start your morning with at least ten minutes of stretching.

Mindful stretching… yes, it’s a thing 🙂

As we’ve mentioned already, mindfulness is about bringing awareness to the present moment. When you add mindfulness to a stretch, you bring your attention to your breathing. And what better way to start the day then with a de-stressing and mindful activity like stretching! 

I’ve rounded up a few of my favorite videos, articles and apps below to get you started. Hopefully at least one of these resonates with you and stretching will start to be incorporated into your morning routine!
