Crock Pot Gluten Free Cheesy Chicken Taco Dip Recipe
In this household, we’re suckers for a good chip dip, which is why today we’re sharing a new family favorite.
Prior to today’s recipe, the go-to dip was the crowd-pleaser buffalo chicken or the classic velveeta and salsa combo.
So, I combined the best of both worlds to create this cheesy chicken taco dip – made with three cheeses (cream cheese counts as a cheese, right?!), salsa and shredded chicken. Like all dips, it’s best served with chips but I will say we had it over a baked potato and the result was equally delicious.

This dip sounds delicious! It would be perfect to serve in my mini crockpot during the holidays. Pinned and making because I have a few family members who have gluten intolerance. This will make them happy!
This dip looks more hearty because of the chicken. My hubs is actually home instead of working this year so I am looking for some ideas for nibblies we can do instead of dinner on evenings when it’s just us.
This will work really well, thanks for sharing.
This looks so delicious! I love a good dip, especially for a party!
