I mentioned this a few weeks ago on our Instagram, but we started eating more Paleo-style foods and jumping back into some more regular exercise. It’s been going great and dare I say, I am actually enjoying this cooking thing a little more than I thought.
Today’s recipe (inspiration here) is a little more experimental and deserves a disclaimer: I tried this out when Brett was traveling, so it has not been man-approved. He’s a little on the fence about spaghetti squash but my hope was the bacon would entice him to give it a shot.
Best of all, if the spaghetti squash is already cooked, this baby only takes about 20 minutes to whip together!
