Ladies and gentleman, we are so, so happy to announce that the picking out of shower tile in our guest bathroom has happened. Even better? It’s been ordered (they didn’t have enough in stock at the store) and should be ready for pick up this weekend.
We found this pairing at Lowe’s; we’ve never really shopped there before because there isn’t one close to us, but Brett found such a great selection of tile on their website that we made the drive to see their options in person. No, this isn’t a sponsored post and no we aren’t an affiliate for them. I just want to share that we were really surprised by the wide variety they have AND we were able to get 11 percent off – they had this great deal at the bottom of their receipt from when we bought a few test tiles to bring home. We’re not ones to pass up a good deal and didn’t want to keep the good news to ourselves! Yay for being one step closer to a finished guest bath!
I remember looking at a few stores over the holiday season for wreaths and being completely sticker shocked; $80 for a wreath that I can DIY for half that price?! Not everyone wants to DIY every. single. wreath. Totally understandable. Which is why I’ve rounded up some of my favorites, without the hefty price tag. Because you should be able to have at least one wreath for each season and I don’t know about you, but I don’t want to drop $80 every time I want to update the decor hanging on my front door. Last fall we started keeping the pups in kennels while we were at work because we went through a few too many remote controls, one too many garbage bin explosions and Brett’s beloved GoPro. On Wednesday, I walked in the door to find Gunner running circles around the living room wagging his tail and Moxie still stuck in her kennel, clearly pissed that he Maverick’d his way out of his kennel. Needless to say, our furbabes keep us entertained and they’re just too dang cute.
